Terms & Conditions for Fabtastic Shopping Events

  • Space will be strictly allocated. If you do not specify any specific requirements on your booking form these cannot be accommodated on the day of the event.
  • You will be required to bring your own table, chair and table covering.
  • Specified table covering is black crushed velvet. Measurements are 150cm x 4mtrs.
  • If you have any additional requirements these must be agreed before the event.
  • You must only exhibit or promote the product or service that has been agreed on your booking form.
  • All items not being sold must be stored under your table out of site.
  • Full payment will reserve your space. Payments are non refundable.
  • No monies can be refunded due to inclement weather conditions however every effort will be made to ensure you can be accommodated on a reschedule date.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own insurance for all liabilities and risks of a value of at least £5million.
  • If you are selling food items yo will also need proof of your hygiene certificate.
  • Full set up instructions will be provided prior to the event.
  • There are no electricity points. Please note that most venues are extremely well lit, so spot lights or similar lighting is rarely necessary.
  • Please note that like any other event. Fabtastic Shopping events cannot guarantee sales, but is is a great showcase for your products.
  • By completing your booking form and reserving your space you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.


Terms & Conditions for Training and Mentoring

  • Every effort has been made to accurately describe the workshops/mentoring and their potential.
  • You will be required to provide as much relevant information as possible regarding your current business situation and your aspirations, prior to training / mentoring.
  • Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he or she is engaged.
  • By agreeing to attend the workshops/mentoring, making your payment and any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired and their consequences, are your sole responsibility.
  • All payments are non refundable.
  • Should a workshop or mentoring session have to be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, every effort will be made to ensure you can be accommodated on a reschedule date. Each case will be looked at on an individual basis.
